Sunderbruch Park
4675 Telegraph Road - A 134 acre tract of land on Davenport's west side. Sunderbruch Park consists of three main trail systems: hiking, off-road biking, and equestrian trails. It also includes a picnic shelter and restrooms.

Scott County Park
Access to the Equestrian area is one half mile east of the park entrance on 270th Street. A Scott County Recycling Station is located in the equestrian area parking lot. Click here for trail map.

Is horseback riding your passion? Loud Thunder features 12 miles of trails available for horseback riding. In addition to enjoying the beauty of nature, riding helps relieve stress, helps keep you fit and provide mechanisms for a healthy lifestyle. Loud Thunder Forest Preserve provides access where individuals and groups can enjoy riding. The horse corral is easily accessible and the trail varies in difficulty.
